Date and Location for Submittal of Sealed Bids: Sealed bids will be received at the Town of Youngtown Clerk's Office, 12030 Clubhouse Square, Youngtown, AZ 85363 until 10:00 a.m. Date: April 10, 2024 for the above services. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked on the
outside with the name of the services. Any bid received after the time specified will be returned unopened. It is the Bidder's responsibility to assure bids are received at the above location on or before the specified time. Bids will be opened at 10:00 a.m. at the Town of Youngtown 12030
Clubhouse Square, Youngtown, AZ 85363, and the names of bidders publicly read aloud immediately after the time for receiving bids.

Public Works Manager, Marty Mosbrucker at 623-933-8286. Any bid which does not conform in all material respects to the Request for Bids will be considered non-responsive. Right to Reject Bids: Youngtown reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informality
in a bid or to withhold the Award for any reason Youngtown determines.
